Stop rules
- The new person does not do anything on the "not alone yet" list without asking, however confident they feel.
- If the plan names a task with "no steps yet", the go-to person shows it in person before the new hire tries it.
- An AI-drafted plan is not used until the go-to person has checked every task and step against how the work is done today.
- If the go-to person is away for a day, the backup takes over or the new person repeats tasks they already know.
- Only the go-to person or the owner moves a task from "with help" to "alone", and they write it in the review notes.
